My diary was originally the sole recipient of my accumulated experience. The words reminded me of lessons and memories that kept me on track to my goals. When I joined an online chat room, excerpts from my diary apparently also helped a lot of my cyber friends to go the right direction. I started posting my daily recollections through blogs and proven I could make a difference with my words. I felt like I found my calling if only I could reach more audience. I also would like to inspire people to record and see how they have improved from their experiences.
My readers have been passing my blogs from friend to friend, family to family, etc. but I knew I am not reaching enough audience. I looked for website for blogs spots but I had a hard time searching for one that is open enough for countless audience. Then I hooked with http://www.yearblook.com, engrossed in reading the voted top blogs. As I looked around the page I read that the winning blogs gets recorded in a real book, more people can access the journals!
My hope to get a piece of my work in the book was quickly achieved. One of my old readers, also a member at Yearblook.com has actually called out the rest of my online audience to vote for me, and more votes were tagged along through their connections
